Week 10 Reading Reflection
After reading this weeks chapter, I was extremely surprised to hear the concept about "administrative expenses" and "selling expenses". I was quite confused with the majority of this chapter because it dealt with a lot of accounting and finance which I am not too familiar with. I would ask Kuratko these two questions: Do people who specialize in accounting be potentially better at starting their own business than those who do not? If you are an entrepreneur and you do not understand the topic of accounting, would it be detrimental to their business? Since this chapter dealt with the subjects of financing and accounting, it was more factual rather than opinion or theory and thus I do not disagree with anything Kuratko discussed.
